Community Clubhouse Rental Information
Jen Prefontaine, a Bailey's Grove Resident, is the contact for the clubhouse rental process. The clubhouse telephone is 656-5636. The rental schedule can be
found online as well as information on the clubhouse can be found outside the clubhouse front doors in the information
box. If you need further information or would like arrange a showing of the clubhouse,
please contact Jen. Refer to the
calendar below for dates available. All community use of the
clubhouse and rentals are listed in the calendar as soon as information
is available.

Friday or Saturday Night (6pm - Midnight) |
$200

A $200 refundable security deposit is required and will be
refunded only after the keys are returned and the building inspection results in
no damages found.
