Form Instructions
This form has been initiated to ensure the residents work together
to keep our community conforming to the bylaws and restrictions set
forth by the Baileys Grove Property Owners Association. This information will be kept confidential to the parties involved, association board
and its committees, and
property management. BGPOA residency is
required, in order to file a complaint.

Violations include: Grass not being mowed, Garbage out or not put away,
RV complaints, etc. This information is also kept confidential.
Complaint Process Overview
1) When the complaints are received we will send
the violator a letter
stating what rule they have broken and what they need to do so they are in compliance.
2) The homeowner has 10 days
to comply, and if they do not comply
they may be fined by the Association. Fines continue to accumulate until
the matter is resolved/the Association uses the legal system to resolve
the matter. |
