Form Instructions

This form has been initiated to ensure the residents work together to keep our community conforming to the bylaws and restrictions set forth by the Baileys Grove Property Owners Association. This information will be kept confidential to the parties involved, association board and its committees, and property management.   BGPOA residency is required, in order to file a complaint.

For City related complaints, please go to the City Violation link (click here). Violations include: Grass not being mowed, Garbage out or not put away, RV complaints, etc. This information is also kept confidential.

(Complaints will be addressed as soon as possible and responded to via letter to your residence, unless other contact information listed above. Normally these matters are looked into anywhere from 12 – 72 hours after receipt.)

Complaint Process Overview
1) When the complaints are received we will send the violator a letter
stating what rule they have broken and what they need to do so they are in compliance.
2) The homeowner has 10 days to comply, and if they do not comply
they may be fined by the Association. Fines continue to accumulate until
the matter is resolved/the Association uses the legal system to resolve
the matter.
