Area Parks / Trails
East Paris Nature Park
Endeavor Elementary students took pledges in advance, and then did a read-in to raise money to buy 25 native Michigan trees. The trees were planted in the park during a special celebration on Arbor Day with the help of the city.
The park was completed on May 28, 2004 and now has a shelter, a paved walking
path and nature trails for you and your family to enjoy.
Paul Henry Thornapple Trail
Currently a 2.5 mile trail. When complete it will be a 42 mile
multi-use trail from Grand Rapids to Vermontville. Michigan.
Paris Park Nature Reserve (photo above)
A community trail with an entrance off from 60th
